UPI Payments
- We accept payments through Unified Payments Interface (UPI)
- Popular apps such as Google Pay, PhonePe, and Paytm can be used
- UPI is instant and has no additional charges from Blue360
NEFT and Bank Transfers
- Payments can be made via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)
- Bank account details are shared on invoices
- Ensure to mention invoice number in the transfer reference for faster reconciliation
Debit and Credit Cards
- We accept all major debit and credit cards through secure payment gateways
- Cards may include Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, or others supported by the gateway
- International cards are not accepted as Blue360 provides services only in India
Payment Gateways
- Clients can pay through authorized Indian payment gateways integrated with our billing system
- Gateway fees, if applicable, are charged by the provider and are not included in Blue360 package prices
- Payments made via gateways are subject to standard processing timelines
General Notes
- All payments must be made in advance or as per the agreed milestone
- Blue360 does not accept payments in cash
- Invoices contain clear payment instructions for each method
- Payments are considered complete only after confirmation from our finance team

Q: Can I pay in foreign currency?
A: No. Blue360 accepts payments only in Indian rupees as services are limited to India.
Q: Are there any extra charges on UPI payments?
A: No. UPI payments are accepted without any extra charges from Blue360.
Q: How do I confirm my NEFT transfer?
A: Mention the invoice number in the payment reference. Our finance team verifies and confirms receipt within one business day.
Q: Do you accept international credit cards?
A: No. Only Indian cards routed through Indian gateways are accepted.
Q: What if my payment fails on the gateway?
A: Retry after a few minutes or contact your bank. If funds are debited but not updated, share the transaction details with Blue360 support for resolution.
