Paused or Abandoned Projects – Blue360 Closure Policy

Blue360 has a clear policy for handling paused or abandoned projects. This ensures fair treatment for both clients and our team, while maintaining accountability and transparency. If a project is not progressing due to client delays or lack of communication, it may be considered paused or abandoned and closed under this policy.

When a Project is Considered Paused

When a Project is Considered Abandoned

  • If there is no response from the client for thirty days or more
  • If repeated reminders for pending items are ignored
  • If the client cancels midway without providing pending approvals or payments
