General Ownership Rules

  • Deliverables include websites, graphics, content, automation workflows, and reports created by Blue360
  • Ownership is transferred to the client only after full payment is received for the project or package
  • Until payment is complete, all deliverables remain the property of Blue360
  • Freelancer work completed under Blue360 supervision is included in the ownership transfer once paid in full

Third Party Licensed Content

  • Some assets, such as stock photos, videos, themes, or plugins, may be sourced from third party providers
  • These items are licensed for use and are subject to the original provider’s terms
  • Clients receive usage rights but do not own the intellectual property of third party licensed content
  • Examples include assets from Envato Elements or other public commercial use platforms

What Clients Own

  • The final approved design or development work created by Blue360
  • All original content provided by the client for use in the project
  • Custom graphics, layouts, and reports created specifically for the client
  • Website source files, admin access, and credentials after project completion and payment

What Clients Do Not Own

  • Third party licensed assets such as stock images, fonts, or themes
  • Blue360’s internal processes, templates, or proprietary tools used to deliver work
  • Unapproved drafts, test versions, or unused design variations

Ownership Transfer Process

  • Ownership transfer takes place only after final payment confirmation
  • Blue360 provides handover of files, credentials, or documentation at project closure
